Tamara – Soulstice

Tamara is a classically trained clarinettist & instrumental teacher based in London.

Her love for music started early as she was constantly surrounded by Jazz, Latin, Soul & Reggae & this formed much of the backing track to her upbringing.

Tamara’s love of soul music in particular has always been a huge part of her life & she has been lucky to see many of her favourite artists live.

In 2003, she started to DJ with her dad at the Dragon bar. It was a wonderful opportunity to play music together.

Tamara inherited her dad’s vinyl soul collection & continued to DJ for a few years & has now developed her Sunday Soulstice show which she is looking forward to bringing to soulroots radio.
