Ian Fox

Ian spins a mix of Soul, Boogie, Post-Disco and Deep House from the 80s and 90s through to grooves from the current era.

He first acquired turntables at around 16 years old, collecting and spinning soul, dance, hip hop and house music.

Ian partied through the UK acid house and clubbing boom of the late 80s and 1990s, DJ ing on pirate radio station Neptune FM and in various clubs and parties in and around Birmingham and the Midlands including Wobble, Moneypenny’s Bar, Marco Polo, Bubble, Metropolis, plus numerous other events including pool & boat parties.

For 20 plus years Ian has been a regular at the Southport Weekender festivals, pursuing his passion for soul based grooves.
